Welcome to Shiwoi (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.shiwoi.com, and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing the Website or placing an order, you (“you”, “customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

• “Pre-order” means Products that are not yet in stock and are offered for advance purchase before production/dispatch.

• You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into contracts.

3. Product Descriptions & Availability
• We aim to display Products accurately with regard to color, dimensions, fabric, etc. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen resolutions, and manual weaving/dyeing processes.
• Product availability is subject to change. If an item becomes unavailable after your Order is placed, we will notify you and may suggest an alternative, or refund any payment made for that item.
• We cannot guarantee that all items shown on our Website will be in stock at the time of your order.

4. Pricing & Taxes
• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR), unless stated otherwise.
• Prices include applicable Indian taxes (GST etc.) unless stated.
• For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by destination countries.

5. Orders & Payment
• Orders are accepted only after successful payment.
• We accept major credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
• Payment authorization is required before order confirmation. In the case of payment failure, we will notify you and may cancel the Order.

6. Pre-Orders
• Pre-order Products are available before production or import (as applicable). Delivery timelines given are estimates and may vary.
• Once a pre-order is placed, it is a confirmed contract and cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun (or once a dispatch date is committed), except in cases of defect.

7. Shipping, Delivery & Tracking
• We ship domestically across India, and internationally where applicable.
• Shipping fees and delivery time estimates will be calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.
• Once dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS or account.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal/courier services, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

8. Cancellations & Changes to Orders
• Orders once placed cannot be cancelled by the customer if they are for in-stock items and processing has begun.
• If there are errors in your shipping address or contact details, you must notify us immediately. We are not responsible for non-delivery caused by wrong/incorrect address details supplied by you.
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify any order due to product unavailability, pricing or product information errors, or suspected fraud.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
• General Rule: We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. We encourage customers to check product details carefully before purchasing.
• Exceptional Case: If a Product has a genuine defect (manufacturing fault, damage in transit, etc.), you must provide clear photographic or video proof before discard. We may consider an exchange or refund at our discretion if the defect is confirmed.

10. Color & Product Disclaimer
• Despite efforts to show Products accurately (via videos, images, descriptions), actual color/tone may vary because of device screens, lighting, dye lots, etc.
• Handwoven or handcrafted items may have slight irregularities or variations; these are not defects but part of the uniqueness of artisan work.

11. Wash & Care Instructions
• First wash: dry clean only (unless otherwise specified). Avoid starching on first wash if applicable.
• Subsequent washes: hand wash gently, using mild detergent. Wash separately.
• Dry in shade. Avoid direct sun to preserve color and fabric softness.

12. Intellectual Property
• All content on the Site — including product designs, images, videos, text, graphics, logos — is the exclusive property of Shiwoi (or its licensors) and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
• You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative work without our explicit written consent.

13. Privacy & Data Protection
• We collect, store, and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Your information may be used for order processing, delivery, communications, and improving our services.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

14. Limitation of Liability
